A Different Way of Working
I didn’t build this work because I wanted to become a coach. I built it because the way we’re taught to succeed was quietly breaking people.
For years, I worked alongside high-performing professionals and leaders who were doing everything “right”—yet felt exhausted, disconnected, or unsure why their success no longer felt like theirs. I saw the cost of urgency, overdrive, and self-abandonment show up again and again.
The Aligned Collective was created as a different option: a space where clarity, leadership, and growth don’t come at the expense of your nervous system, your health, or your sense of self.

How I work - And Why
My background spans leadership, people strategy, nervous system regulation, and human-centered development. I’ve worked closely with individuals and teams navigating burnout, transition, responsibility, and growth—often at moments where old strategies stopped working.
What I’ve learned is simple but often overlooked: sustainable change doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from feeling safe enough to listen, grounded enough to choose, and supported enough to integrate change over time.
My work blends practical strategy with deep internal alignment—helping clients move forward without overriding their bodies, intuition, or values.
Human Design is one of the frameworks I use to support clarity and self-trust—but it’s never treated as a formula or identity. It’s a tool for remembering how you work best.

This Isn't About Fixing You
I don’t believe people are broken.
I believe most people are disconnected from themselves in systems that reward urgency, performance, and output over presence and truth.
This work is not about optimization or becoming someone new. It’s about returning to what’s already there—and learning how to live, lead, and decide from that place.
You can optionally add a simple divider line here for breathing room.

A sense of alignment that feels lived, not forced
Who This Work is For
This work tends to resonate with people who are thoughtful, capable, and deeply reflective—often leaders, professionals, or creatives who feel called to something more honest and sustainable. It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, rigid frameworks, or externally driven motivation. It is a fit if you’re ready to slow down just enough to move forward with clarity and integrity.
A Personal Note
I know how disorienting it can feel to realize that what once worked no longer does. I also know how powerful it is to rediscover your own internal guidance—without pressure to rush or reinvent yourself overnight.
My role is not to tell you who to be. It’s to help create the conditions where you can hear yourself again and choose what comes next with confidence.
